Warranty Claims & Crash Replacements
We make rims, we build wheels, and we support riders. Whether you’re flying down the legendary DH track at Ft. William, railing corners at Mission Crit, or leaving it all out there on Queen Ka’ahumanu Highway, if you break a rim, we’ll send you a new one within 24 hours.
File a claim here on the website or through email, and the Reserve Support team will be here to help. After verifying your claim and some basic information, a new wheel is boxed and shipped directly to you free of charge.
NOTICE: Our factory and warehouse will be closed between December 9th, 2021 and January 10, 2022 for a systems upgrade. During that time, we won’t be able to ship anything, including warranty items. Please contact our Rider Support and Warranty Team, and we’ll get an order in our system so it ships as soon as possible. Thanks, and apologies for the inconvenience.
