Warranty Claims & Crash Replacements
We make rims, we build wheels, and we support riders. Whether you’re flying down the legendary DH track at Ft. William, railing corners at Mission Crit, or leaving it all out there on Queen Ka’ahumanu Highway, if you break a rim, we’ll send you a new one within 24 hours.
File a claim here on the website, and the Reserve Support team will be here to help. After verifying your claim and some basic information, a new wheel is boxed and shipped directly to you free of charge.
Retailers
Current retailers carrying Reserve wheels can get information on the retailer portal. New retailers who would like to carry Reserve can request to become a stockist here.
